MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Slow Cooker Sirloin Steak Categories: Beef, Crockpot, Vegetables, Herbs Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/2 lb Top sirloin steak 1 md Onion; in 1" chunks 1 md Bell pepper; in 1" chunks 14 1/2 oz Can beef broth 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce 1/4 ts Dill weed 1/4 ts Dried thyme 1/4 ts Pepper 1 ds Crushed red pepper flakes 2 tb Corn starch 2 tb Water; cold In a large nonstick skillet, brown beef on both sides. Place onion and green pepper in a 3 qt slow cooker. Top with beef. Combine broth, Worcestershire sauce, dill, thyme, pepper, and pepper flakes; pour over beef. Cover and cook on high until meat reaches desired doneness and vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 4 hours. Remove beef and keep warm. Combine corn starch and water until smooth; gradually stir into cooking juices. Cover and cook on high until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes. Return beef to the slow cooker; heat through.
