                               Pot Roast #3

   3      pounds        beef pot roast
   4      ounces        Mushrooms, sliced, can -- OR
   1      package       Mushrooms, fresh -- sliced
   1      package       Onion soup mix
     1/2  cup           Broth -- beef

  Place roast in crockpot. Place mushrooms on top of meat. Mix beef broth 
with onion soup mix and pour over all. Cover and cook 10-12  hours on low 
or 5-6 hours on high.    Optional: add any vegetables you may  desire 
about 1/2 way thru cooking time.
