   2      tablespoons   soy sauce
   2      tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
   1      teaspoon      rosemary
   1      teaspoon      garlic powder
   1      teaspoon      dry mustard
                        beef pot roast

chuck roast.  It works well in a crockpot as well as on top of the stove

your pot roast. Cook until tender - depending on the method you use. This
