MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Swedish Cabbage Rolls - Crockpot Categories: Crockpot, Ground meat, Sauces, Typed, Favorite Yield: 6 servings MMMMM-----------------------CABBAGE ROLLS---------------------------- 6 ea Large cabbage leaves 1 ea Egg, beaten 1/4 c Milk 1/4 c Onion, minced 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Black pepper 1 lb Ground beef 1 c Rice, cooked MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE-------------------------------- 8 oz Tomato sauce 1 tb Brown sugar 1 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Worcestershire sauce CABBAGE ROLLS: Boil cabbage leaves until limp. Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice. Divide into 6 portions. Place each portion into a cabbage leaf, fold in sides and roll over. Place in slow cooker pot. SAUCE: Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls in slow cooker pot. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
