* Exported from MasterCook * Slow Cooker Ham and Cheese Supper Recipe By : Rival's Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Cuisine; 1995 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pork Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 c Ground cooked ham (1/2 lb) 1/2 c Cheese crackers -- - finely crushed 1 Egg 1/3 c Barbecue sauce 4 lg Potatoes -- peeled, - thinly sliced 1 md Onion -- thinly sliced 2 tb Butter 2 tb Vegetable oil 2/3 c Evaporated milk 1 c Mozzarella cheese -- shredded 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Paprika 1/8 ts Pepper Combine ground ham, crushed crackers, egg, and barbecue sauce and shape into 6 patties. In a skillet, saute potato and onion slices in butter and oil over medium heat, turning frequently to prevent browning. Drain and place in Crock-Pot.
