* Exported from MasterCook * Slow Cooker Ham Tetrazzini Recipe By : Rival's Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Cuisine; 1995 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Pork Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 oz Can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c Evaporated milk or scalded milk 1 1/2 ts Prepared horseradish 1/2 c Romano or parmesan cheese -- - grated 1 1/2 c Cooked ham -- cubed 1/2 c Stuffed olives -- sliced 4 oz Can sliced mushrooms -- drained 1/4 c Dry sherry or dry white wine 4 oz Spaghetti 2 tb Butter -- melted Combine all ingredients except spaghetti and butter in Crock-Pot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Just before serving, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and toss with butter. Stir into Crock-Pot.
