* Exported from MasterCook * Peppered Meat Loaf Recipe By : Rival's Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Cuisine; 1995 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beef Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 lb Ground chuck 1/2 lb Bulk sausage 1 lg Onion -- finely chopped 3 cl Garlic -- minced 8 oz Can tomato sauce 1/2 c Ketchup 3/4 c Saltine crackers -- crushed 2 Eggs 2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Seasoned salt 1/4 ts Seasoned pepper 1 Potato -- up to 2, peeled, - cut into fingers Sauce: 1 c Ketchup 1/3 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/2 ts Nutmeg Combine all ingredients except potatoes and sauce; mix well and shape into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of Crock-Pot. Top potatoes with meat loaf. Mix sauce ingredients together well. Pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours.
