                                Cola Steak

   1 1/2   lb           Boneless round steak -- trim,
                        - cut into 4 pieces
   1       tb           Flour
   1       c            Onion -- chop
     1/2   ts           Salt
     1/8   ts           Garlic salt
     1/8   ts           Pepper
     1/4   c            Ketchup
     1/2   c            Carbonated cola drink

Dredge meat with flour and put in crock pot with other ingredients.
Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
