VMMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Slow-Cooked Chicken a la King Categories: Poutry, Vegetables, Sauces Yield: 6 Servings 10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup; - undiluted 3 tb A-P flour 1/4 ts Pepper 1 ds Cayenne pepper 1 lb Chicken breast; boned, - skinned, diced 1 Celery rib; chopped 1/2 c Green pepper; chopped 1/4 c Onion; chopped 10 oz Box peas; thawed 2 tb Diced pimientos; drained Cooked rice; hot In a 3 qt slow cooker, combine soup, flour, pepper, and cayenne until smooth. Stir in chicken, celery, green pepper, and onion. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in peas and pimientos. Cook 30 minutes longer or until heated through.
