      Title: Crockpot Mashed Potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes, Dairy, Cheese, Crockpot, Herbs
      Yield: 10 Servings

      3 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c  Sour cream
    1/4 c  Butter; +1 tb,
           - softened, divided
      1 oz Env ranch salad dressing
           - mix
      1 tb Fresh parsley; minced
      6 c  Mashed potatoes; warm,
           - without milk or butter

  In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, 1/4 cup
  butter, salad dressing mix, and parsley; stir in mashed potatoes.
  Transfer to a 3 qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 to
  3 hours. Top with remaining 1 tb butter.
