MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Traditional Corn Pie Categories: Pies, Corn, Potatoes, Eggs, Dairy Yield: 6 Servings 12 Ears fresh corn 4 md Potatoes; diced 1 md Onion; chopped 2 c Water 1 c Celery; chopped 4 Hard boiled eggs; fine chop 1 c Milk 4 tb Butter 1 Pie crust Cook corn in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. When cool enough to handle, cut kernels from cobs. Cook potatoes, celery, and onion in water until potatoes are done, about 15 minutes. Drain water. Add corn, chopped eggs, milk, and butter. Simmer until butter is melted and ingredients are well combined.
