---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Chicken Deviled Eggs Categories: Poultry, Cheese/eggs, Appetizers Yield: 6 Servings 6 Eggs; hard cooked 1/2 c Chicken; cooked, finely chopped 3 tb Mayonnaise 1 tb Onion; grated 1 ts Dijon mustard 1/2 ts Dry mustard 3/4 ts Hot sauce; to taste 1 tb Parsley; minced Paprika; for garnish Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks & place in a small bowl. Marsh yolks with a fork. Add chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, hot sauce & parsley. Blend well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika to garnish. Cover & refrigerate until serving time. -----
