* Exported from MasterCook * THAI CHICKEN & SESAME NOODLES Recipe By : Kraft Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :1:35 Categories : Ethnic Main Course--Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Good Season Oriental Sesame Salad Dressing -- prepared, divided 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut into strips 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 8 ounces thin spaghetti -- cooked & drained 3/4 cup carrot -- grated 1/2 cup green onions -- sliced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro Pour 1/3 cup of the dressing over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Mix remaining dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper; set aside. Cook chicken and marinade in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through. Mix spaghetti, chicken, carrot, onions and cilantro in large bowl. Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
