                    Wish-Bone Marinated Chicken 1-2-3

     3/4  cup           wish bone italian or oriental dressing
   6                    tyson holly farms fresh or tyson
                        individually fresh frozen boneless,
                        skinless chicken breasts

1. If using frozen chicken, remove protective ice glaze by holding under
lukewarm running water for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1/2 cup
Italian or Oriental dressing over chicken. Cover, or close bag, and marinate
in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 30 minutes to 3 hours.
3. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning once
and brushing frequently with remaining dressing, until meat thermometer
inserted in thickest part of chicken reaches 170 degrees F. Chill leftovers
immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
