1-1/2 cups finely crushed cracker,potato or corn chip crumbs or any flavor ( sesame seed,cheddar cheese, nacho, barbecue etc.) 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1 egg 2 tablespoons milk 2-1/2 to 3 pounds chicken pieces Combine crumbs and seasonings on a sheet of wax paper. Combine egg and milk in small bowl;beat well. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture; dip in seasoned crumbs, turning to coat evenly. Place chicken pieces on a microwave-safe roasting rack in microwave-safe dish. Cover with a sheet of wax papeer. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70% power) 15-20 min. or until chicken is tender. Halfway through cooking time, rearrange pieces but do not turn over. Makes: 4 servings.
