MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Baked Chicken & Mushrooms
 Categories: Poultry, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Cheese
      Yield: 6 Servings

      6    Chicken breast halves
           - (4 oz ea); boned, skinned
    1/4 ts Paprika
    1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
      1 tb Butter
    1/2 c  Chicken broth
      3    Green onions; chopped
      1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
    3/4 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded

  Arrange chicken in a 13x9" baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C for
  15 minutes.

  Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute mushrooms in butter
  for 5 minutes. Add sherry or broth, green onions, garlic, salt, and
  pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.

  Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Top with cheese. Bake for 3 to
  5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
