MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Golden Corral's Bourbon Chicken Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs, Booze, Wine Yield: 3 Servings 1 lb Leg or thigh meat; - in bite-sized chunks 4 oz Soy sauce 1/2 c Brown sugar 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1 tb Powdered ginger 2 tb Dried minced onion 1/2 c Bourbon whiskey; Jim Beam - or similar quality 2 tb White wine Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate (stirring often) for several hours (best overnight). Bake chicken at 350 F/175 C for 1 hour in a single layer, basting every 10 minutes. Remove chicken. Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into a frying pan. Heat, and add white wine. Stir and add chicken. Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
