MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Low-Fat Grilled Chicken With Honey, Lime, Garlic And Chip Categories: Chicken, Grill Yield: 4 servings 1/3 c Fresh lime juice 2 tb Honey 4 Cloves garlic, chopped 1 Serrano chile, or jalapeno -seeded and diced 1 Chipotle chile, in adobo 1/4 ts Cornstarch 1 tb Minced cilantro 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken -breast Preheat grill. In a food processor or blender, puree lime juice, honey, garlic, serrano, chipotle in adobo sauce and cornstarch. Transfer mixture to a medium sized sauce pan and boil until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Stir in cilantro. Brush breasts lightly with glaze. Grill 4 minutes each side, turning once.
