MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Baked Chicken Breasts with Fresh Basil Categories: Chicken, Low fat, Boneless Yield: 5 servings 5 Boneless skinless chicken - breasts 3/8 c Low fat yogurt or - low fat sour cream 1/4 c Fresh basil; chopped 1 ts Corn starch 1 1/2 tb Fine bread crumbs Salt; to taste Pepper; to taste 1 tb Parmesan cheese; - freshly grated (optional) Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish. Combine yogurt, basil and corn starch; mix well and spread over chicken. Season bread crumbs with salt and pepper to taste, add Parmesan (if using) and sprinkle over chicken. If making in advance, cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Bake chicken in 375 F oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
