* Exported from MasterCook * BRAETKNOEDEL (GROUND MEAT DUMPLINGS) Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Soups/Stews Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 125 g Ground meat [mixture of (4.5 oz) Salt Ground nutmeg 1 -ground beef and pork] 1 Egg Pepper Lemon [juice?] milk -- In a bowl, stir a little milk or cream into the ground meat. Then add the egg, seasonings, and as much breadcrumbs as is needed to make the mixture firm but still pliable. Form into small dumplings and cook in simmering salted water.
