Rub with seasonings. Brown chicken in oil in large skillet. Add chorizo (hot spanish sausage), onion and green pepper; cook over low heat for 10 min. Stir in broth, tomato sauce & saffron; cover and simmer 20 min. Stir in rice; cover and simmer 30 min longer. Add shrimp and peas; heat through.
