                       Crab Delights A La Marinara

     1/8  ts            Onion powder
     1/4  ts            Garlic powder
     3/4  ts            Basil
   1 1/4  ts            Oregano
   4                    Black peppercorns
   2 1/2  ts            Salt
     1/4  ts            Sugar
     1/4  c             Olive oil
   1      tb            Parsley flakes
   8      md            Tomatoes
  16      oz            Crab flakes and chunks
                        Spaghetti or rice -- cooked

Combine first 10 ingredients; peel tomatoes, dice and add to
seasonings. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thick. Add crab
meat and simmer 5 minutes or until hot. Serve over well-drained
cooked spaghetti or rice.
