MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lemon-Butter Tilapia With Almonds Categories: Seafood, Citrus, Nuts, Wine Yield: 4 Servings 4 Tilapia fillets (4 oz ea) 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1 tb Olive oil 1/4 c Butter; in cubes 1/4 c White wine or chicken broth 2 tb Lemon juice 1/4 c Sliced almonds Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add fillets; cook until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm. Add butter, wine, and lemon juice to same pan; cook and stir until butter is melted. Serve with fish; sprinkle fish with almonds.
