MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Seafood And Eggplant From Harris Categories: Appetizers, Seafood Yield: 4 Servings 2 oz Halibut or rock cod 10 oz Crab meat 2 Eggs Salt 6 Japanese eggplants 1/2 c Flour; more if needed Grind the white fish to a paste. Add the crab meat and eggs. Season with a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly. Coat the eggplant with flour or corn starch, if preferred. Stuff the eggplant with fish and crab meat paste.
