* Exported from MasterCook * Prawns in Ginger Sauce Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chinese Seafood Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Sauce: 2 tb Rice wine or dry sherry 1 tb Light soy sauce 1 tb Water 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Sugar 2 tb Cilantro -- chopped fine 2 ts Toasted sesame oil Stirfry: 1 lb Raw prawns 1 ts Salt 1 ts Corn starch 1 ts Toasted sesame oil 1 1/2 tb Peanut oil 3 tb Ginger -- chopped Mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside. Peel the prawns and discard the shells. Combine them with salt, corn starch, and 1 ts toasted sesame oil. Heat a wok or large skillet, then add the peanut oil, prawns, and ginger.
