MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Flounder Stuffed With Crabmeat And Basil Categories: Seafood, Crab, Herb, Low cal Yield: 4 Servings 4 Flounder fillets 1/2 c Basil leaves; packed 1 tb Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1/8 ts Salt 1/4 lb Crab meat 1/4 c Bread crumbs 1 cl Garlic 1/8 ts Paprika Preheat oven to 425 F. Wash the flounder fillets and pat dry with paper towel. Coat with breadcrumbs and set aside. In the food processor, combine and puree together the basil, garlic, mayonnaise, and salt. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the crabmeat. Spoon 2 tb basil-crab meat filling on each fillet, then roll the fish over the filling to create open-sided roulades.
