MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Scallops Ageganata Categories: Main dish, Seafood, Low-cal Yield: 2 servings 3 tb Bread crumbs; dried 1 ts Fresh parsley 1/4 ts Oregano; each & Lemon peel; grated 1 tb Margarine; reduced calorie 1/2 ts Margarine; reduced calorie 8 oz Scallops; bay or sea 1 tb Lemon juice; freshly squee 1 tb Dry vermouth 1 c Garlic; minced in mixing bowl, combine crumbs, parsley, oregano & lemon peel; add margarine & mix well until thoroughly moistened. Set aside. Preheat broiler; in shallow flameproof 1 1/2 c. casserole, arrange scallops; mix together remaining ingredients & pour over scallops. Broil 6 inches from heat until scallops are opaque, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle crumb mixture evently over scallops & broil until crisp & lightly browned, about 1 minute longer. MMMMM
