* Exported from MasterCook * RAINBOW TROUT TERIYAKI Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 Trout filets (4-oz each) 1 tb Sesame seeds, toasted -----MARINADE----- 3 tb Soy sauce 3 ts Lemon juice 2 1/2 ts Brown sugar 2 ts Oil 1 1/2 ts Ginger, fresh -- finely -chopped 1 t Lemon peel -- grated 1 Garlic clove -- finely chopped Combine marinade ingredients and pour over trout. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes. Remove trout from marinade. Broil 4 inches from heat source for about 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately. About 226 calories per 4-oz serving. * Or use 1/3 cup bottled teriyaki sauce for marinade.
