MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Zesty Trout Marinade Categories: Seafood Yield: 4 Servings 1 tb Ginger root; grated 1/4 c Safflower oil 1/8 ts Crushed red pepper 1 ts Lime peel; grated 2 tb Fresh lime juice Salt; to taste 4 Rainbow trout fillets - (6 oz ea) Over medium heat, in pan, add ginger and oil. Saute until lightly brown and aromatic. Remove pan from heat and stir in red pepper. When oil cools completely, whisk gradually into lime juice and peel. Set aside. Heat grill. Brush grill with oil. Grill trout flesh side down for 2 minutes. Gently turn trout and grill 2 more minutes or until fish is opaque. Serve immediately with lime ginger mixture. MMMMM
