* Exported from MasterCook * Acbyron's Tuna Cakes Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Seafood Fish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 c Celery -- chopped 3/4 c Onion -- chopped 2 tb Cream cheese 2 ts Lemon juice 1/8 ts Red pepper 1/3 c Breadcrumbs 1 ts Dried dill 8 oz Can tuna -- in water 1 Egg white Dill Tartar Sauce: 2 tb Mayonnaise 1 tb Plain yogurt 1 tb Onion -- chopped 1 tb Cucumber -- chopped 1 ts Dill -- dried 1 ts Lemon juice Coat skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. Saute celery and onion until tender. Place in a bowl with cream cheese and lemon juice and red pepper. Add breadcrumbs and dried dill, tuna, and egg white. Divide into 8 equal portions.
