* Exported from MasterCook * Grilled Tuna & Vegetables With Yellow Pepper Sauce Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Seafood Fish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 Tuna steaks (5 oz ea) 1 tb Garlic oil 1 c Zucchini (1) -- sliced on bias 1 Red onion -- sliced 1" thick 3 Russet potatoes -- sliced 1" 1/2 c Garlic oil 1/4 c Balsamic vinegar Salt/pepper -- to taste Yellow Pepper Sauce: 1 tb Olive oil 1/2 c Onion -- chopped 1 c Yellow bell pepper -- chopped 1 ts Thyme 1/2 c Chicken stock Salt/pepper -- to taste Season tuna steak with salt and pepper and rub with garlic oil. Place on hot grill and cook to desired temperature. Rub all vegetables with garlic oil. Grill until tender. Season with pepper and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Sauce: Heat olive oil in 1 qt sauce pot. Add onions and saute onions until lightly browned. Add yellow peppers and time and sweat in olive oil 1 minute.
