* Exported from MasterCook * Linguine Chekeni (Pasta With Grilled Chicken) Recipe By : Journal Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 tb Extra-virgin olive oil 2 cl Garlic -- crushed and minced 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Onion powder 2 ts Lemon juice 1/2 ts Sesame oil 1/2 ts Black pepper 1 tb Fresh oregano 1/4 ts Dried basil 4 Chicken breasts -- - boneless, skinless Herbed tomato sauce (see recipe) Combine all ingredients but chicken and herbed tomato sauce. Place chicken breasts in non-metallic container. Pour marinade over chicken turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 24 hours. Grill chicken 2 minutes on each side on high heat. Lower temperature and cook until thickest part of chicken shows no pink and juices run clear. Slice thinly before adding to sauce. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
