      Title: NOODLES ROMANOFF

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      3 c  Cooked egg noodles
      1 c  Cottage cheese
      1 c  Commercial sour cream
    1/4 c  Finely chopped onion
      1    Clove garlic, peeled and
           -crushed
  1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      2 dr Tabasco sauce (to taste)
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
 
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the Cheddar
  cheese in a greased, 8-inch, heat-resistant,
  non-metallic square baking dish. 2. Sprinkle the
  grated cheese over the top and heat, uncovered, in
  Microwave Oven 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese melts.
