MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Creamy Pasta Primavera Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy Yield: 6 Servings 2 c Uncooked gemelli or spiral - pasta 1 lb Fresh asparagus; trimmed, in - 2" pieces 3 md Carrots; shredded 2 ts Oil 2 c Cherry tomatoes; halved 1 cl Garlic; minced 1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated 1/2 c Heavy whipping cream 1/4 ts Pepper Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute asparagus and carrots in oil until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, cream and pepper.
