MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Spaghetti Bolognese Categories: Sauces, Pork, Wine, Vegetables, Herbs Yield: 6 Servings 1/4 lb Mushrooms; sliced 1 Carrot; sliced 1 cl Garlic; crushed 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/2 c Celery; diced 1/2 c Bell pepper 2 tb Oil 3/4 lb Bulk Italian sausage 28 oz Can tomato sauce 1/2 c Water 1/4 c Red wine 1 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Italian seasonings * 1 lb Pasta; cooked * A mixture of dried basil, marjoram, oregano, coriander, thyme, rosemary, and savory. Crushed before adding Saute mushrooms, carrots, garlic, onion, celery, and green pepper in oil. Add sausage and brown. Drain fat, add tomato sauce, water, red wine, sugar, and Italian seasoning.
