MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Round Steak Stroganoff Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Mushrooms, Dairy, Pasta Yield: 8 Servings 1/2 c A-P flour 1 ts Salt 1 ts Paprika 1/2 ts Pepper 2 lb Boneless beef top round - steak; trimmed, in thin - strips 3 tb Butter 1 c Onion; chopped 1 cl Garlic; minced 10 1/2 oz Can condensed beef broth; - undiluted 1/2 ts Ground mustard 3 tb Chili sauce 1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced 2 c Sour cream Cooked noodles; hot Fresh parsley; minced In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Add beef strips; turn or toss until well coated. In a large skillet, melt butter. Brown beef in batches. Remove and keep warm. Add onion and garlic to the pan; cook until tender. Add the broth, mustard, chili sauce, and mushrooms; return beef to the skillet. Cover and cook until the meat is tender, about 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
