MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Ground Beef Spaghetti Skillet Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Chilies, Pasta Yield: 4 Servings 1 lb Ground beef 1 md Bell pepper; chopped 1 sm Onion; chopped 2 cl Garlic; minced 1 1/2 c Water 14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes; - undrained 8 oz Can tomato sauce 1 tb Chilli spice mix 1 tb Grape jelly 1/2 ts Salt 6 oz Uncooked thin spaghetti; - broken in half In a Dutch oven, cook beef, green pepper, onion, and garlic over medium heat, breaking beef into crumbles, until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, 8 to 10 minutes; drain. Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, jelly, and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in spaghetti. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until spaghetti is tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
