MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Potluck Macaroni & Cheese Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Dairy Yield: 16 Servings 3 c Uncooked elbow macaroni 16 oz Velveeta; in cubes 2 c Shredded Mexican cheese - blend 2 c White Cheddar cheese; - shredded 1 3/4 c Whole milk 12 oz Can evaporated milk 3/4 c Butter; melted 3 lg Eggs; lightly beaten Cook macaroni according to package directions for al dente; drain. Transfer to a greased 5 qt slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 2 to 2-1/2 hours, stirring once.
