MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Weeknight Pasta Squiggles Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Pasta, Cheese Yield: 8 Servings 20 oz Italian sausage 28 oz Can whole plum tomatoes - with basil 14 1/2 oz Can whole tomatoes 4 c Uncooked spiral pasta - (12 oz) 14 1/2 oz Can chicken broth 1/4 c Water 1/2 c Goat or feta cheese; - crumbled In a Dutch oven, cook and crumble sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Meanwhile, coarsely chop tomatoes, reserving juices. Add tomatoes and reserved juices to sausage; stir in pasta, broth, and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook, uncovered, until pasta is al dente, 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese.
