Granaroli (XBRG76A) Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Italian Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 lb Ham -- diced 1 c Heavy cream 2 c Fresh asparagus -- tips & stems, - 1" pieces, steamed tender Salt and pepper -- to taste 1 lb Macaroni -- cooked 1/4 c Butter Parmigiana cheese -- grated 2 md Onions -- chopped Saute onions in butter until pale in color. Add asparagus and ham and saute for 2 minutes. Keep heat low and add heavy cream. After 30 seconds turn off heat. Don't get the cream too hot or it will separate.
