MMMMM----- Recipe via UNREGISTERED Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Pizza Dough Categories: Breads, Breadmaker Yield: 1 pizza 1 3/4 t Active dry yeast 2 1/2 c Bread flour 1 t Salt 1/2 t Granulated sugar 1 1/2 T Olive oil 1 c Water Dough Program: Press SELECT for Dough. Press START. Dough will be ready in 1 hour and 20 minutes. At the end of the program, press STOP/RESET. Dough is ready for hand-shaping, rising and baking. Baking: Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Cover dough with a clean cloth, let dough rest for 10 min. Cut into halves. Press each evenly into a lightly greased 12-in pizza pan. Prick dough allover with fork. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and spread/sprinkle crust with your favorite pizza toppings. Return to oven for 10-15 min, until toppings are bubbling and/or melted. Variations: * Substitute 1/2 to 1 c whole wheat flour for same amount of bread flour. * Add 1 T crushed herbs(oregano, italian spices, etc) to ingredients just before adding oil. * Add 1c grated or shredded cheese(parmesan, romano, cheddar, pepper jack) to ingredients just before adding oil.
