      Title: Hot Ham And Cheese Tortillas

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 tb Mayonnaise/salad dressing
      1 ts Dried parsley flakes
      1 ts Prepared mustard
      4    Flour tortillas (6")
      8 sl Ham (1 oz ea); cooked
      2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
 
  In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley and mustard.  Spread
  on tortillas.  Arrange 2 slices of ham and a pile of cheese on top
  of each tortilla.  Rollup and secure with toothpick.
  
  Place on a microwave safe plate.  Cover with microwave safe paper
  towel. Cook on HIGH until heated through, about 30 seconds per
  tortilla.
