      Title: Tequila Black Bean Grilled Sandwich
 Categories: Sandwiches
      Yield: 1 Sandwich
 
      1 cn Black beans; drained
    1/2    Red onion; chopped
    1/2    Green bell pepper; diced
      1 tb Butter
      1 tb Ketchup
    1/2 ts Carne asada seasoning
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
      1 ds Tequila; to taste
      2 sl Potato bread
 
  Add everything except bread to food processor and pulse until smooth
  but slight texture. Spread on potato bread and grill on a forman
  grill until crisp. Serve with tomato or roasted red pepper soup.
