MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Buffalo Chicken Sliders Categories: Poultry, Chilies, Breads Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Chicken; boned, skinned 1/3 c Louisiana-style hot sauce; - +2 tb, divided 1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 c Butter; diced 1/4 c Honey 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls; - warmed MMMMM-----------------------TOPPINGS - OPT---------------------------- Lettuce leaves Tomato; sliced Red onion; thin sliced Blue cheese; crumbled Place chicken in a 3 qt slow cooker. Toss with 2 tb hot sauce and pepper; cook, covered, on low 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Remove chicken; discard cooking juices. In a small saucepan, combine butter, honey and remaining hot sauce; cook and stir over medium heat until blended. Shred chicken with 2 forks; stir into sauce and heat through.
