      Title: Turkey Guacamole Wraps
 Categories: Poultry, Fruits, Breads, Chilies, Vegetables
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 sm Ripe avocado; pitted,
           - peeled
      2 tb Mayonnaise
  1 1/2 ts Lime juice
    1/4 ts Garlic; minced
    1/8 ts Louisiana hot sauce
      2    Flour tortillas (10");
           - room temperature
    1/4 lb Deli smoked turkey; sliced
    1/2 c  Red onion; chopped
      1 c  Romaine; torn
 
  Place the first 5 ingredients in a food processor; process until
  smooth. Spread over tortillas. Top with turkey, onion, and lettuce;
  roll up.
