MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Reuben Sandwich Categories: Five, Beef, Vegetables, Vheese, Breads Yield: 4 Servings 12 oz Corned beef; thin sliced 8 sl Dark rye bread 8 oz Can sauerkraut; rinsed, well - drained 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing 4 sl Ementhal (Swiss) cheese Butter Arrange corned beef on 4 slices of bread. Layer each with 1/4th of the sauerkraut, 2 tb of dressing, and a slice of cheese. Top with remaining bread slices. Butter outsides of sandwiches. In a small skillet over medium heat, toast sandwiches until bread is lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted.
