MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chicken Sliders With Sesame Slaw Categories: Poultry, Vegtables, Greens, Chilies, Herbs Yield: 20 Servings 1 md Onion; coarse chopped 3 lb Chicken thighs; boned, - skinned 1/2 c Ketchup 1/4 c Teriyaki sauce 2 tb Chicken broth 2 tb Fresh ginger; minced 1/2 ts Salt MMMMM------------------------SESAME SLAW----------------------------- 1/4 c Mayonnaise 1 tb Rice wine vinegar 1 tb Sesame oil 1 ts Sriracha chile sauce 3 c Coleslaw mix 1/3 c Dried cherries or - cranberries 2 tb Fresh cilantro; minced 20 Slider buns or dinner rolls; - split Place onion and chicken in a 4 qt slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, teriyaki sauce, broth, ginger, and salt. Pour over chicken. Cook, covered, on low for 6 to 7 hours. Remove chicken; cool slightly. Skim fat from cooking juices. Shred chicken with 2 forks. Return chicken to slow cooker. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili sauce until blended. Stir in coleslaw mix, cherries, and cilantro. Using a slotted spoon, place 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each bun bottom; top with about 2 tb slaw. Replace tops.
