MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Turkey Bacon Ranch Stuffed Sub Salad Sandwich Categories: Breads, Greens, Poultry, Pork, Chilies Yield: 2 Servings 11 oz French bread baguette 2 c Romaine; fine chopped 1 md Tomato; seeded, diced 5 oz Deli turkey; chopped 4 sl Cooked bacon; chopped 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded 1/4 c Dill pickle; chopped 1/4 c Banana peppers; chopped 1/4 c Peppercorn ranch salad - dressing 1 pn Salt & pepper Cut the baguette in half horizontally. Use a long thin knife to cut the centers of each baguette piece to create two hollowed-out shells. Discard bread pieces or save for another use. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon, cheese, pickle, and banana peppers. Add ranch dressing, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
