MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches Categories: Pork, Chilies, Crockpot, Beef, Breads Yield: 10 Servings 4 lb Pork loin roast; boneless 14 1/2 oz Beef broth 1/3 c Worcestershire sauce; - +1/2 c, divided 1/3 c Louisiana-style hot sauce; - +1/4 c, divided 1 c Ketchup 1 c Molasses 1/2 c Prepared mustard 10 Kaiser rolls; split Cut roast in half; place in a 5 qt slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine broth, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, and 1/3 cup hot sauce; pour over roast. Cook, covered, on low 8 to 10 hours or until tender. Remove roast; discard cooking juices. Shred pork with 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, molasses, mustard, and remaining Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Pour over pork.
