MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Air-Fryer Breaded Pork Chops Categories: Pork, Potatoes, Herbs, Breads Yield: 4 Servings 1 lg Egg 2 tb Milk 2 tb Dijon mustard 3/4 c Panko bread crumbs 3/4 c Mashed potato flakes 2 ts Ground mustard 2 ts Fresh sage; minced 1/3 c A-P flour 8 Thin boneless pork loin - chops (2 oz ea) 1/2 ts Salt Cooking spray In a shallow bowl, whisk egg, milk, and Dijon mustard. In another shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, potato flakes, ground mustard, and sage. Place flour in another shallow bowl. Sprinkle pork with salt. Heat air fryer to 400 F/205 C. Dip pork into flour to coat both sides; shake off excess. Dip into egg mixture, then into bread crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere. In batches, place chops on greased tray in air fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, turning once.
